WHAT THIS COURSE IS
This is a four week full-time training programme for motivated entrepreneurs willing and able to fully participate. 

Over the first week, our facilitators will train you:
1. How to find solutions to difficult problems.

2. How to collaborate with teammates to get your solutions done.

3. How to find the unique purpose that motivates you to succeed.

4. To understand the theory of the learning curve.

Over the following 3 weeks, we will practice our skills on real projects to get up the learning curve and consolidate our skills. These projects will be chosen by you, the participants, with help from our facilitators. The projects must be: 

1. Achievable in 3 weeks.

2. Meaningful to you.

3. Of benefit to the community.

Whilst the course is free financially, you must be prepared to pay for the course with your full participation and hard work.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
1. We are here to facilitate your learning and development. We will encourage, support, and respect your efforts to participate, learn, and contribute.
2. We are non-hierarchical.

3. We are here to build your skills, agency, and self confidence to make decisions and act; we are not here to put you down and reinforce the pecking order.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We need you to be fully committed, punctual, and ready to work hard every day. We work hard to provide this course for free and the basic requirements that we need from you in return are:

a) You must be motivated and willing to commit everyday for the duration of the course from 08:30 am till 16:00 pm. You can never be late or leave early and you cannot miss a day.

b) Be available from start to finish of the course.

c) You should be able to communicate well in English both spoken and written. The course is currently available in English only.

d) You should be unemployed.

e) You should not be: studying, on a Learnership, or apprenticeship. 

f) You must be able to get to the course site daily - if you are physically (dis)abled and mobility is a challenge, please note that on your application form.

g) You must be committed to keeping your phones off the entire time during training, and at no time posting any message or pictures on social media about the training - this is to guarantee everyone's privacy.

i) You must be serious about wanting to improve your life.

This is NOT a Learnership, it is NOT an accredited course & there is NO stipend. You cover your own transport.
