TalentProjX supports participants as they explore their entrepreneurial identity, develop practical skills, and build peer networks. Facilitators with lived experience guide each cohort, creating a learning environment rooted in empathy, local knowledge, and accountability.

What we do
Our work begins with listening. Many young people in townships like Kwa Thema carry untapped potential—frustrated by systemic barriers but still hopeful for change. TalentProjX offers the space, structure, and support for that hope to take form.
Through storytelling, reflection, and practical business development, participants reconnect with their personal agency and begin to act on ideas that once felt out of reach.
